Had a fantastic time with friends! The outdoor pool was perfect for kids. we enjoyed moments by the beach bar while they ran between the pool and beach. The games room offered fun video games and billiards, located conveniently next to the bar. It's a nice spot to relax and have fun after exploring the area.

Our dining experience was disappointing. The service at breakfast was slow, and one waiter was particularly rude when we tried to rearrange tables. He seemed overwhelmed, which impacted our day negatively.

The beachfront was nice, but the room had several maintenance issues.

The staff was delightful, always respectful and ready to assist. the food was fresh and delicious, especially the Pirata Special served in a coconut.

Our room needed repairs and felt a lack of privacy due to a large window facing the bed, while outdated amenities made it less appealing.

However, the pool hours were frustrating. Closing at 7:00 PM felt too early, especially in such a warm climate where evenings are ideal for swimming.

The staff consistently delivered attentive service, and the restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices, including gluten-free options. However, it was disappointing to find minimal options within walking distance and to encounter misinformation regarding our room's amenities.
